We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
3. Uploaded Content
Photos or images you upload for the Photo-to-Icon feature are processed to generate your icon and are not stored beyond the session unless you save them to your history. You can delete your generation history at any time from your account settings.
4. Cookies and Tracking
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management, and a geo-detection cookie to serve the correct regional pricing. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
5. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure. We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to personal data is restricted to authorised personnel only.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Generated icons stored in your history are retained until you delete them or close your account. You can request full account deletion at any time via the Support page.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us via the Support page. For users in the European Economic Area, these rights are provided under the GDPR.
8. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services: Clerk (authentication), Supabase (database), and fal.ai (AI image generation). Each service has its own privacy policy. We only share the minimum data required for each service to function.
9. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
