My generation failed — was I charged?

No. Credits are only deducted for successful generations. If a generation fails or times out, your credit is automatically refunded to your balance.

Do credits expire?

Never. Credits remain on your account until used, regardless of how long ago you purchased them.

Can I get a refund?

Credit purchases are non-refundable once used. If you have unused credits and a genuine issue, contact us and we'll review it case by case.

Can I use generated icons commercially?

Yes. All icons come with a perpetual commercial license. Use them in apps, websites, client work, or products without attribution.

What file format are icons delivered in?

All icons are delivered as PNG files with a transparent background at either 2K (2048×2048) or 4K (4096×4096) resolution.

How do I delete my account?

Email us at the address below with the subject "Account Deletion Request" from your registered email address. We'll process your request within 7 days.
