By accessing or using Nexaicon Studio ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
2. Description of Service
Nexaicon Studio provides an AI-powered icon generation platform that allows users to create 3D isometric icons from text descriptions or uploaded photos. The Service is provided on a credit-based, pay-as-you-go basis.
3. Account Registration
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary.
4. Credits and Payments
The Service operates on a credit system. Credits are purchased in advance and are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Credits do not expire. One credit generates one icon at 2K resolution; two credits generate one icon at 4K resolution. Prices are listed in USD and IDR on the pricing page and are subject to change with notice.
5. Intellectual Property
Icons generated through the Service are owned by you, the user, and are licensed for commercial use. You grant Nexaicon Studio a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use generated icons for the purpose of improving the Service (e.g., training and evaluation) unless you opt out via your account settings. You retain all rights to any content you upload (e.g., reference photos).
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or infringes on third-party rights. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform's API or generation infrastructure. Nexaicon Studio reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Nexaicon Studio does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not responsible for the accuracy, quality, or suitability of generated icons for any particular purpose.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexaicon Studio's total liability for any claim arising from the use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal action.
